1- The start date of subscription is to be determined and activated automatically after paying the fees. Times are to be set and reported to the subscriber.

2- The subscription amount is not to refunded after the registration process is completed, unless in cases of force majeure. However, the subscriber can benefit of the amounts later in the form of balance added.

3- The subscriber acknowledges that he is medically and physically fit before completing subscription. He shall engage in sports activities at his own responsibility. We recommend a comprehensive medical examination be conducted before engaging in the activities, and an insurance coverage. The center bears no responsibility for any injuries that may occur to the subscriber, God forbid.

4- The subscriber acknowledges that the misuse of the subscription leads to its cancellation without any liabilities or compensation on the part of the center.

5- The subscriber shall be committed to sports uniform and sports shoes suitable for tennis.

6- The subscriber shall attend the training or performance appointments, 5 minutes before the appointment commences.

7- The subscriber shall leave the court by the end of his/her time to make room for the other participants after him.

8- The center's administration does not bear any liabilities for personal lost items. Personal bags are not allowed to be left at the center.

9- All equipment and property of the center shall be handled carefully.

10- The administration may close the center or a part thereof for the purpose of development, periodic maintenance, hygiene or emergency cases. In this regard, the administration may transfer the subscriber to other nearby branches, if available, or to freeze the subscription.

11- The administration may modify the working hours inside the center or inside any of its facilities according to its work plan and policy.

12- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the center, and food and beverages from outside the center are prohibited too.

13- The subscriber shall be committed to ethics, respect and good conduct with the center’s members, trainers and staff.

14- The subscriber shall stay inside the center during his/her time, without wandering in places outside the center, and s/he shall be held accountable in the event of violating this rule.

15- The use of stimulant drugs is strictly prohibited, and whoever handles or abuses them within the center will be held accountable.

16- The customs and traditions prevailing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be observed, and the guidelines and policies within the center shall be adhered to.

17- The administration has the right to cancel the membership of any subscriber without refunding any amounts to him, in case of violating good conducts and behaviors.

18- The subscriber may freeze the subscription for a period commensurate with the period of his subscription to be determined by the administration.

19- This Agreement commences once the subscriber indicates his/her acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in the Authorization Section of the Subscription Procedure on the Website.

20- This Agreement is binding on both parties, and it shall confer all rights and privileges upon the subscriber depending on his type of subscription.

21- This Agreement/Subscription may not be transferred to any other person.

22- The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall govern the Terms and Conditions, without regard to conflict of principles with laws. All disputes arising in connection to this agreement shall be considered only by a competent court in the Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
